Exciting news – Marks & Spencer pilot work experience programme for the Field of Dreams
Each of the trainees at the Field of Dreams had the opportunity over the past two months to experience a properly paid job, some of them for the very first time. Working in the various departments in M&S Patrick Street, including the café, the foods hall and the fashion department afforded them the perfect opportunity to practice their hospitality and retail skills – both of which they are learning when back on-site in Curraheen. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better partners to pilot our work placement programme with.
